Banquet Registration

Please Note

All guest registrations MUST be sent through our registration portals. If you are not registered, you will be unable to enter the event.

  • General Registration is for everyone registering.

  • Child Registration is only for children younger than 13.

  • Vendor/Volunteer registration is only for those hired to help with the event logistics.

Registration Deadline: July 1st, 2025

General Registration

General registration is for everyone, except Children under 13 and Vendors/Volunteers.

Please include any seating preferences during the check-out process so we can match you with your selected recipient or group. Discount codes will be sent to individuals who qualify via email.

Child Registration (Under 13)

This registration is ONLY for children younger than 13. 

Volunteer and Vendor Registration

This registration is ONLY for vendors or volunteers working at the banquet. Not employees.

How To Register

  • Select 1) General Registration, or 2) Child Registration

  • When you select “Register & Add to Cart,” be specific about your seating preferences, as this will determine which table you will be placed at.

  • Once completed, click the “Register & Add to Cart” button. This will add (1) ticket to cart.

  • If you are registering more than one person, you will complete this process for each person or prompt them to register themselves. You can add multiple tickets to your cart and purchase them as a group.

Discount Codes

If you are an AAC Employee, Schweiger Scholarship Recipient or Schweiger sponsor, you should be emailed a discount code. If you are unaware of your code please contact our office.
